Papua New Guinea 🇵🇬

Hello Sideyard Friends,

This week’s coffee is from Papua New Guinea and it’s about as dark and brooding a brew as we get here at Sideyard. Hopefully it’ll scratch that dark roast itch for some of you. For the rest of us, worry not, we’ll be back to the middle-of-the-road roast levels next week. The flavor notes in this Papua New Guinea include cherry, chocolate, banana, and caramelized/brown sugars.

The origin track recommendation is a laid back psych folk rock number: Saman Doye by the Black Brothers.
