Mexico/Tanzania 🇲🇽/🇹🇿

Hello Sideyard Friends,

This week’s roast is a blend of washed process coffees from Mexico and Tanzania. With both coffees bringing dark chocolate and brown sugar to the table, those are the notes that are hard to miss. That’s followed by apricot, berry, and citrus, for a really well-rounded cup.

We have a couple spares this week! If you didn’t catch the Mexico at the end of August, I highly recommend checking this one out.

The origin track for the week Dalia Tsïtsïki by Trio Los Chapás. Los Chapás plays traditional Michoacán Pirekua music.
