Mexico 🇲🇽 Finca Fatima | No Coffee Next Week
Hello Sideyard Friends,
This week’s coffee comes from Finca Fatima, a third generation coffee farm in Coatepec, Veracruz. In the 1970’s the farm switched to producing premium speciality coffee and in very recent years they’ve won Mexico’s Cup of Excellence competition multiple times. It’s a solid washed process cup with notes of dark chocolate, almond, berry, brown sugar, and citrus.
There are a couple extras in stock.
The origin track for the week also goes back nearly 100 years: Contrabando De El Paso by Luis Hernández from 1928.
Next week is a fifth Friday, which means no pickups or deliveries. On tap for September: Ethiopia, West Java, Mexico.
Cheers,
Ryan
