Hello Sideyard Friends,

This week’s roast is from the Finca Fatima farm in Veracruz, Mexico. The main note in the cup is brown spice, followed by chocolate, cane sugar, and a splash of tropical fruit. As far as naturals go, this one is on the subtler side.

The origin track for the week is Juan Torres Y Su Organo Melodico’s cover of the title track of the 1966 French film Un Homme et Une Femme. I haven’t seen the film but love the original soundtrack: Un Homme et Une Femme.
