Mexico 🇲🇽 Chiapas + 2024 Year in Review 🪩

Hello Sideyard Friends,

Happy New Year! Thanks for all your support in 2024. All told, we roasted 2055 pounds of coffee from 22 different origins, and biked 352 miles delivering 1,980 bags of coffee. We ended the year with 54 active subscribers (plus a couple regulars :)).

This week’s coffee is from 212 Chiapas-area women growers. It’s a semi-washed process with notes of dark chocolate, praline, and stone fruit.

The origin track recommendation for the week is Presentimiento by Guty Cárdenas.
