Hello Sideyard Friends,
This week’s coffee is a washed process Kenya. At two days post-roast, I’m already tasting black cherry, bright fruits, and roasted hazlenut. Kenya’s seem to take a little longer than average to really hit their tasting peak, so I look forward to seeing how this one evolves over the next week or more. We have a couple spares available.
The origin track for the week is the upbeat and funky 1970s Ware Wa by Loi-Toki-Tok.
