Hello Sideyard Friends,

Happy Valentine’s Day. This week’s roast is four parts Ethiopia, three parts Sumatra, and two parts Peru. The roast is a solid medium and the flavor profile is well—integrated. It’s a little fruity (Ethiopia/Peru), and a little earthy (Sumatra) with none of the coffees really out-competing the next. We have one extra in stock on the site.

The origin track for the week comes from Peru. Los Nuevos Shains’ Guau Guau a Go Go is a groovy 1970’s pop track with some great barking dog samples. At only 99 seconds in length, I found myself queuing it up again immediately.
