Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Chelchele 🇪🇹 Natural

Hello Sideyard Friends,

When we had this coffee for the first time back in November I immediately ordered more. It hits some of my favorite notes—moderate acidity, lighter body, blueberry, chocolate, vanilla, black tea. I’m tempted to order even more but the price is up nearly 25% from three months ago. Arabica futures are up more than 100% year over year. 👀

Like this week’s coffee, the origin track recommendation for the week disappears all too quickly: Mascaram Setaba by Mulatu Astatke.
