Ethiopia 🇪🇹 Yirgacheffe 🌸
Hello Sideyard Friends,
This week’s coffee is a washed coffee from the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia. We had it a couple months ago and I liked it enough to buy more. The brewed cup starts with some darker roast notes time around, but those fall off as it cools and it opens into a familiar honey, blackberry, strawberry profile. There’s a floral note in the background and in the aroma too.
