Hello Sideyard Friends,

I made a couple adjustments on the roaster this week and pushed the coffee a little darker after a few weeks of lighter roasts. This week’s coffee is a natural from the Sidama region of Ethiopia. I’m getting dark chocolate, honey, and orange in the cup. The natural process notes are there, but only if you’re looking for them.

The origin track for the week is Major by Mulatu Astatke & Hoodna Orchestra.
