Ethiopia 🇪🇹 + Mexico 🇲🇽
Hello Sideyard Friends,
This week’s roast is a blend of Ethiopia Guji and Mexico Los Altos. They’re nigh perfect compliments for each other as it ends up being a really balanced cup. Although the Mexico comes out on top, both the fruited, blueberry/honeydew aspects of the Ethiopia and the darker chocolate/marzipan notes of the Mexico are noticeable. It’s the kind of coffee that I feel myself missing before it’s gone.
