Ethiopia Guji 🇪🇹 Natural 🫐
Hello Sideyard Friends,
We’re finishing out the year with a natural process coffee from Guji zone, Ethiopia. The main notes so far include blueberry, tropical fruit, hibiscus, and vanilla. It’s a prototypical natural from the birthplace of both coffee and the natural process. If you’re not familiar with coffee’s apocryphal origin story involving Kaldi and his goats, Wikipedia has a quick rundown. We have a couple spares in stock of this Guji.
This week’s origin track recommendation is Mother’s Love by Emahoy Tsegué-Maryam Guèbrou.
Happy Holidays and thank you all for your support in 2025! Michael and I continue to enjoy this weekly roasting and biking routine and we’re thankful for everyone that continues to make it possible. Whether you bought one bag of coffee this year or 44, thank you!
Cheers,
Ryan
