Ethiopia 🇪🇹 Guji Natural

Hello Sideyard Friends,

This week’s coffee is from the Guji region of Ethiopia. It’s a fully sun-dried natural process coffee with notes of tropical fruit, honeysuckle, citrus, and black tea. It’s a medium roast on the lighter-bodied side with snappy acidity that comes through really well without any cream but holds its own even with a splash.

We have a couple extras in stock this week.

The origin track for the week is Yegla Nesh by Hailu Mergia.
