Hello Sideyard Friends,

This week’s roast is re-up of a coffee we had last month—a natural process Ethiopia from the Guji zone that offers a nice contrast to last week’s deeper-toned Sumatra. I’m tasting tropical fruit, hibiscus, and a floral vanilla note so far. We have one spare in stock. There are also a couple of those dark and uneven first batch Sumatra’s left yet.

The origin track for the week is Playboy Cha Cha by Mulatu Astatke & his Ethiopian Quintet.

Next Friday is a fifth Friday, so there won’t be any deliveries or pickups for two weeks. As always, feel free to log into the site to adjust quantity/cadence, skip a month, or pause your subscription.
