Ethiopia 🇪🇹 Guji ðŸ¥
Hello Sideyard Friends,
This week’s coffee is from the Guji zone in the Oromia region in southern Ethiopia. It’s a delicate natural process lot, with lighter toned notes that float well above anything one might describe as fermented or winey. So far, I’m tasting mango, berry, brown sugar, and floral tea rose notes. I’m enjoying how clean tasting it is, especially compared to last week’s funkier blend. We have a few extras in stock.
The origin track for the week is Dusties n’ 808s by the Ethiopian musician Soul Keita.
Cheers,
Ryan
