Ethiopia 🇪🇹 Guji 🫐 🍈

Hello Sideyard Friends,

This week’s coffee (the first of two Ethiopias we have lined up for October) is a dry process lot from the Guji region of Ethiopia. I’m tasting honeydew and blueberry on top of a bright and moderately clean profile. I find it delightful. We have a couple spare bags available.

The origin track for the week is an equally delightful and ambling piano piece. Aurora by Emahoy Tsegué-Maryam Guèbrou.
