Costa Rica 🇨🇷 Tarrazú Hot Springs Washed
Hello Sideyard Friends,
This week's coffee is from the Tarrazú region of Costa Rica. The region is known for inventive and wizard-level coffee processing techniques. This specific lot was processed with hot mineral spring water, which speeds up fermentation and purportedly lends a cleaner profile to the cup. Of the myriad tasting notes from the importer, I'm tasting bakers chocolate, brown sugar, and tamarind.
