Costa Rica 🇨🇷 San Diego Natural

Hello Sideyard Friends,

This week’s coffee is from the San Diego mill in Costa Rica. The top notes are milk chocolate and almond, followed by cane sugar and star fruit. It’s a nice departure from some of the more fruit-forward process coffees we’ve had lately.

The origin track for the week is from the (self-described) bedroom pop band, Soap. Roll the Dice.
