Costa Rica 🇨🇷 Anaerobic Process
Hello Sideyard Friends,
[oops… drafted this last night and forgot to hit send!]
This week’s roast is an anaerobic process coffee from the Tarrazú region of Costa Rica. It’s tasting like the perfect compliment to these colder fall days. Take a big whiff of a freshly poured cup and it’s hard to not catch the cinnamon note. In the cup the cinnamon is followed by hibiscus, brown sugar, nutmeg, and plum.
