Hello Sideyard Friends,

Happy spring. It was a beautiful morning for a meandering delivery ride through south Oak Park and north Berwyn. This week’s roast is a coffee from the Huila department of Colombia. It’s a washed coffee with big body and notes, so far, of bittersweet chocolate, nougat, and a hint of orange. We have a couple extras in stock.

The origin track for the week is Algeria by Elia y Elizabeth—a pop duo of sisters who recorded two wildly successful albums before abruptly retiring for other pursuits.
