Burundi 🇧🇮 Dry Process
Hello Sideyard Friends,
Aaaand we’re back! This week’s roast is a deliciously complex coffee from a criminally under-appreciated origin. It’s quite refined for a dry process lot, but not lacking in some big fruit notes—strawberry, fig, and maybe a hint of blueberry. What makes this coffee unique, however, is the spiced cinnamon note.
