Blend Week 🇪🇹/🇲🇽 + Bye Week Next Friday

Hello Sideyard Friends,

This week’s roast is a 50/50 combo of Ethiopia Guji and Mexico Chiapas. It’s tasting great. I’m getting praline, mango, lychee, dark chocolate, and brown sugar, and trust that it will keep opening up over the coming days.

The origin track recommendation for the week is Malas Amistades by Vanessa Zamora from her 2018 album Tornaluna.

May has a fifth Friday, which means no pickups or deliveries next week. The coffees we have on tap for June include Guatemala, Burundi, Ethiopia, and Papua New Guinea.
