Blend Week
Hello Sideyard Friends,
This week’s coffee is a blend of Costa Rica honey process, and Ethiopia Sidama natural, with a splash of Peru to get us to the 45 lbs of green coffee needed for this week’s roast. We’re still committed to the rotating single origins, but I do love these blend weeks. I’m tasting chocolate, honey, strawberry, and orange in the cup. We have a couple extras in stock.
The origin track for the week is Kalatashew Akal by the Walias.
