Blend Week 🇨🇷🇺🇬🇨🇴

Hello Sideyard Friends,

This week's coffee is a blend of the three most recent coffees. I was going to wait another couple weeks for this blend, but I felt like recent roasts were trending in the wrong direction, had a theory about why, and needed another shot at these three coffees specifically! In short, I made some adjustments on the roaster this week and it tastes like we're back on track. This week's profile is decidedly rounder and juicier (less tannic). It's the kind of cup that goes down quickly.

The origin track (with a side of positive self-talk) for the week is No More Drama by Lee Eye of Bogotá.
