Blend Week 🇲🇽🇪🇹
Hello Sideyard Friends,
This week’s roast is a blend of natural process coffees from Ethiopia and Mexico. After one day’s rest I’m tasting bright fruited notes, dark chocolate, lemon, plum, and brown spice.
There are a couple extras in stock.
The origin track for the week is Hailu Mergia & The Walias’ Zengadyw Derekou.
