Blend Week 🇲🇽🇨🇷🇪🇹

Hello Sideyard Friends,

This week's coffee is a blend of recent coffees from Mexico, Costa Rica, and Ethiopia. I'm tasting the fruitier parts of the latter two coffees and the chocolate roast tones and cola of the Mexico coming through in a way that makes for a really nicely balanced cup. I'll miss this one when it's gone.

The origin track for the week is Jalale (instrumental) by Mexican Institute of Sound.
