Bali 🇮🇩 Semi-Washed

Hello Sideyard Friends,

This week’s roast is a semi-washed process coffee from Bali. The flavor profile includes dark chocolate, fig, honey, and black tea, with emphasis on the fig. It’s a cleaner tasting cup than most Indonesian coffees, but still has a pleasant earthiness that adds to the complexity.

The origin track for the week is Mobil Tua by Koes Plus. I’ve recommended this one before, and while I wouldn’t normally consider myself to be a huge psych rock fan, this track gets me every time.
