Introducing Tiny Observations
Hello friends,
For the past couple of years, I've been making a quiet shift.
Some of you know me through my years in web development and consulting. I still enjoy solving problems and building things, but somewhere along the way I realized I had become really good at getting things done and not very good at slowing down enough to really experience life.
Painting changed that.
Whether I'm painting outside or working in the studio from a moment that stayed with me, making art has taught me to pay attention again. To notice the light filtering through trees, the colors hiding in shadows, or a pile of heirloom tomatoes glowing in the morning sun.
Those moments became the inspiration for Tiny Observations, a new monthly art mail club I've been quietly building over the past few months.

Each month you'll receive:
- A 5×7 watercolor print of an original painting
- A tiny hand-pressed linoprint
- A studio letter sharing the story behind that month's observation and a simple prompt to help you notice something in your own everyday life
My hope is that it becomes a small reason to pause each month. To step away from the endless pull of our screens, even for a few minutes, and reconnect with the world that's been there all along.
I'm keeping the very first edition to just 25 subscribers so I can make sure every detail feels right as I launch.
The first edition closes on July 31, or when all 25 spots are filled, whichever comes first. Subscriptions are open worldwide, with both domestic and international shipping available.
If this sounds like something you'd enjoy receiving each month, I'd love to have you join me for the very first Tiny Observations.
Thank you, as always, for following along and supporting my work. It means more than you know.
Until next month,
Sia
