😱Scream Church Launches December 4th!😱
Get your tickets here! This weekly gathering will feature deep breathwork ending in a holy scream, guided by Candice of The Spiritual Experience.
The idea behind the weekly Scream Churches at Shared Ground is to create community through Sunday rituals and self-love practices and to embody the idea that self-care is community-care. By taking care of ourselves, we are better able to show up for others. This Sunday’s event will include a fully-guided breathwork journey, incorporating active breathing technique, reiki infusion, sound frequency, and somatic Screamwerk (™).
Active breathwork is an active, conscious breathing technique to facilitate emotional release, transformative inner healing, deep insights, and self-exploration. Screamwerk (™) is a full body energetic release via screaming into a pillow that facilitates letting go, reducing tension levels, and triggering endorphins causing a natural high.
You’re Invited! 🎶Free Show by Lift the Spirit Choir, Monday December 12th at 7:30pm🎶
Lift the Spirit Community Choir is offering a free performance for Shared Ground followers and friends at 7:30pm on Monday December 12th. This will immediately follow the weekly by-donation Honeycomb Healing Monday Movement Medicine class, 6:15-7:30pm.
The show will be in the chapel and run about 60 minutes. All are welcome! This is a free event, although donations will be accepted to benefit Joy’s Kitchen, an amazing food bank nonprofit in Denver.

Shared Ground is hosting a community potluck happening 5-8pm Sunday December 4th. Bring food! Hang out! Make friends! Brings friends!
✨Sign up for Sacred Cannabis Journey Dec. 16th✨
Sacred Cannabis Journey is a safe space for journeyers to experience the healing energy and gather in community with the sacred plant ally, Cannabis. This event will be held in the sanctuary at Shared Ground at 5pm on December 16th.
