Happy Tuesday! Great to see folks out at Feral, the East Bay Pup Mosh, and the SF Leather Pup Beer Bust last weekend.

Speaking of this past weekend, the murder of Alex Pretti at by ICE in Minneapolis has left me sad, angry, frustrated and somewhat speechless. I was also brought to tears when I watched a video of the Minnesota National Guard protecting protestors and bring them hot cocoa in the -20 degree weather.

Showcasing the care their community has for each other reminds me how grateful I am for the community we have here. The support, care and grace we freely give each other is incredible.

Unfortunately, there aren't any events on the puppy calendar this week but that doesn't mean we can't gather as a community. On Friday, January 30, there is a National Shutdown, more information at https://nationalshutdown.org. You can also support the community by sending an email your senators and tell them to reign-in ICE.
