CPython release automation, SBOMs for Windows artifacts coming soon!

        Published the 33rd weekly report for the Security Developer-in-Residence role:
CPython source and docs builds are now automated. More improvements planned.
Windows SBOMs are coming soon.
Some thoughts on xz-utils.
I'll be in Seattle from April 15th to 19th at SOSS Community Day and OSS Summit NA.
