As we enter into spring we are happy to announce a number of new opportunities for SE Londoners to get involved in a just energy transition. 

• We're relaunching Future Fit Homes to support home owners in Lewisham and Greenwich make their homes more energy efficient. Our team will act as a single point of contact to simplify the home retrofit process and they will also support as many people as possible to access available funding.

• We're starting monthly 'Empowerment at home: energy efficiency webinars for change'

• And, we're getting ready for another membership-drive and share offer for four new sites.

As part of our work towards a just energy transition in South East London, we're thrilled to be launching our new Future Fit Homes project in partnership with Repowering London. The project supports Greenwich and Lewisham homeowners to future-proof their homes.

Our expert-team provide a personalised service, supporting homeowners to plan, finance and deliver home energy upgrades (such as insulation, double-glazing, or heating upgrades) which will make their homes cosier, cheaper to heat and better for the planet.

This service is 100% free for households eligible for ECO4/Flex grants (we assess free of charge) and offered at cost-price to those who do not qualify for government funding.

We at want you to be in charge of your home’s energy consumption. From lights to lofts, insulation to inverters, we want you to feel confident to talk the talk and walk the walk when it comes to making your home more energy efficient. Join us on the **2nd Wednesday of the month, for a series of webinars put together by our FutureFit Homes, Solar and Energy Advice Teams and dive into questions around green, clean energy solutions for your home, community & planet. Tickets are free, but donations are accepted.

You can help to reduce CO2 emissions in SE London while supporting our local schools and community centres reduce their energy bills by becoming a member of the Selce Cooperative.  

You can become a member by investing in one of our share offers which fund our renewable energy installations. Member-investors receive a return on their investment, a vote in how Selce is run and that-ever-so-coveted green fuzzy feeling. 

This year we are raising funds to install solar panels on four buildings in Bromley and Greenwich and we need you to get involved in powering a cleaner fairer future for SE London. We will be open to new member-investors later this year.
