**Selce’s Member and Staff Skill Share Survey
& AGM reminder**
Dear Subscriber,
As part of our annual review, we are looking to find out more information about the skills and experience our board, members and staff have. We are keen to understand, celebrate and make the best use of the knowledge and experience within the full Selce community, while checking how well we are performing in terms of equality, diversity and inclusion.
The board completed this skills audit earlier this year and will be sharing the key insights at the AGM and we are now requesting that our members and staff do so as well.
Please could you complete this 5-10 minute skills audit form by September 19th to help us understand our strengths and identify areas for development.
