Join us to celebrate on Thursday 14th November

We'll be bringing together green groups from across South East London to answer the question, what exactly can I do about climate change? To kick off our third share offer, we've decided to invite our local community of change-makers and celebrate their work. We'll be hearing from:

  • London Wildlife Trust
  • SWOP (Shop without packaging)
  • Better Fabrics
  • Extinction Rebellion
  • Flight Free UK
  • and Better Century

Join us on Thursday 14th November, from 6.15pm, at the New Haddo Hall (close to Greenwich Station) to find out what practical action you can take, to tackle climate change.

We need to raise £250,000 for four brand new solar sites, including St Luke's Church in Downham, Thamesmere Leisure Centre in Thamesmead, Coldharbour Leisure Centre in Eltham and the solar-powered Aluna Moon Clock (a community artwork hosted by the Intercontinental Hotel in Greenwich).

These solar arrays will power the buildings & art installation with clean, green energy, matched or below their current energy prices. Any surplus income we make is used to pay back our investors, and support our social impact initiatives. These include our Energy Cafes, Future Fit Homes Initiative, Solar Roller, and other fuel poverty alleviation projects across South East London.

Selce has now completed five years of working to strengthen communities, and we have picked up three national awards along the way. You can find out more about our previous solar sites here.
