Have you got that warm green fuzzy feeling?

Selce Newsletter Selce Newsletter

We want to share our warm green fuzzy feeling...

Since the launch of Selce’s Share Offer 3 at the beginning of November we’ve raised an amazing £216,000.

A new year's resolution with real impact..

We are now only £44,000 away from our target. Do you know anyone who might be interested in a making a new year's resolution with multiple benefits? Our latest mini-video explains why investing in our community share offer is an unbeatable way to start the new year. What other resolution can help to tackle climate change, reduce fuel poverty, improve energy efficiency - and pays an annual dividend as a thank you?

We're hoping that the warm, green, fuzzy creature in the video will help prospective investors to find their personal feelgood factor as we move into 2020 and a new decade. If you're planning to encourage friends and family to invest please make sure you give them enough time to look through the share offer documents before the December 31st deadline. More information about Selce's projects can be found on our website. Finally, we’d like to send you huge thanks for your continued support and encouragement and we hope you have a truly solar-tastic time in 2020.

Can you help us to spread the word? Send our share offer details to your friends and family before the December 31st deadline.

We need to raise £260,000 for four brand new solar sites including St Luke's Church in Downham, Thamesmere Leisure Centre in Thamesmead, Coldharbour Leisure Centre in Eltham and the solar-powered Aluna Moon Clock (a community artwork hosted by the Intercontinental Hotel in Greenwich).

These solar arrays will power the buildings and art installation with clean, green, energy that's matched or below their current energy charges. Any surplus income we make is used to pay back our investors and support our social impact initiatives. These include our Energy Cafes, Future Fit Homes Initiative, Solar Roller and other fuel poverty alleviation projects across South East London.

Selce recently celebrated five years of work in strengthening local communities and we've picked up three national awards along the way. You can find out more about our previous solar sites here.
