A quick update: my train themed adventure for Knights of the Road, The Sierra Express, is part of zine quest (or will be eventually, once Kickstarter updates my page, hopefully before the end of the crowd funding period.)

Knights of the Road is a $5 zine-like ItO type system set in a slightly fantastical version of the US in the 1920s. This adventure could also work for other systems that would support a slightly fantastical version of the 1920s: basically any OSR-ish game with guns, maybe even non-OSR games.

This adventure is about a heist on a train, with three factions and a dungeon-like train map with multiple routes to traverse it through two levels. Here’s an example spread, this is very much a draft:

This crowdfunding is mostly to see if there’s a market for a physical version of the game. The text is basically complete, and if you’ve been following this newsletter, you’d remember I’ve been poking away at this for almost a year.
