I had a great time at salute at 1015 Folsom and am psyched he's playing an afterparty after Portola day one. Interplanetary Criminal also played a fantastic set at 1015 Folsom a couple months ago. Still sorting through my Shazams from that night…

Who? I might just go to this… I really loved Nina Sol's set when she played a side stage at Black Coffee in Oakland — at the warehouse! I didn't catch her side stage set when they both played Frank Ogawa plaza, unfortunately.

Now – 1/2/24 – Ragnar Kjartansson: The Visitors at SF MoMA
Perhaps the most entrancing and engrossing a/v art installation I've ever encountered. Highly, highly, highly recommend. I still gotta make it out.
Other notes
Life has been a lot lately! I managed to check out a new-to-me club in Berlin while I was visiting, but it wasn't really a trip that suited clubgoing very well—and honestly neither is life lately for me. We'll see what the rest of the year and beyond holds for me!
I can't stop listening to DJ Heartstring's Boiler Room x AVA set and I.Jordan played a killer set as well. If anyone can tell me whether or not I like techno, please do let me know.
