What you can do the week of March 25
☎️ Call your Members of Congress every day. These calls should only take about 2-3 minutes each! Be sure to give your full name, location, and zip code every time you call.
5 calls is a great app that automates these calls to make things even easier!
This week: Amy, Tina, and Betty should all publicly demand the resignations of National Security Advisor Michael Waltz and Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth for their incompetence and placing our national security at grave risk in the Signal scandal.
• Betty McCollum – (202) 225-6631, St. Paul: (651) 224-9191
• Amy Klobuchar – DC: (202) 224-3244, MN: (612) 727-5220
Amy voted “yes” on March 24th for Christopher Landau as Deputy Secretary of State despite the fact that he supports the destruction of USAID. Tell her that you are angry and disappointed that she continues to support the Trump agenda.
• Tina Smith – DC: (202) 224-5641, MN: (651) 221-1016
Thank Tina for voting against Landau and for generally opposing most of Trump’s nominees and agenda.
🗓️ Join the protests. Sustained, large-scale protests are increasingly the most effective and important tool we have to defend our democracy.
Add these to your calendar …
• Gather at the Pedestrian Bridge over Interstate 94 at Chatsworth Street in St. Paul. Friday, March 28th at 3:00 p.m. This is part of the growing bridge overpass protest movement!
• Attend the Nationwide “Hands Off” protest Saturday, April 5, 12–4:00 p.m. at the State Capitol. Follow updates here.
• Attend the Tesla Takedown weekly protest at the dealership on Hwy 61 in Maplewood, every Saturday at 11:00 a.m. Park in the lot one block north at 1194 County Rd CE. Do NOT park in their lot, trespass, or vandalize private property.

“Some believe that it is only great power that can hold evil in check, but that is not what I have found. It is the small everyday deeds of ordinary folk that keep the darkness at bay”. – J.R.R. Tolkien
