What I have found gripping

  • Logging what’s done well helps maintain perspective

  • Making contributions visible leaves room for celebrating them and providing actionable feedback whenever necessary

  • A team’s health influences its outcomes whether they be positive or negative

  • Identifying what is missing in a process before amending it to improve it further is exciting

What I have read

  • Stop blaming code. Start fixing team health, Test Double Editorial Board

  • What Belonging Is – And Is Not, Ruchika T. Malhotra

  • Examples of unrealistic expectations at work, Robert Half

What I have watched

Collaborative Debugging - Jackie Luo

Featured quote

Your diversity statement is how you treat people, not the words you put on a page saying how you treat people. — Dr Monica Cox
