First Blog Post on Substack
When I started writing this email I was really excited about how my International Women’s Day went down. It sounded more like a blog, so I decided to publish that on Substack. If you signed up for this newsletter, I included you on that list too. You can read it here. Let me know what you think!
Featured art
Here’s one of my recent faves, a triptych inspired by a recent residency critique. Before starting, I pondered Lisa Wicka’s suggestion to find ways to add depth to my paintings.

The NWTC Artisan Residency has been tremendous in my growth as an artist. This piece will be one of many featured in our culminating art exhibition in July. I can’t wait for you to see all the weird art we’ve made during our program! I’ll be sharing more details as we get closer.
As always, thank you for your support, your kindness, and for being part of the Samsconsin Art journey.
With love,
