If you’re reading this, then we like you, and we’d be happy to let you stay in our home away from home in South Lake Tahoe.

We do not have a rental permit, so we cannot allow rentals for under 31 nights on platforms like Airbnb or VRBO. But for our friends we can make exceptions. You are our friends.

The Airbnb rate fluctuates depending on demand — but because you are you — we’ll give you a flat $100 per night rate + the cleaning fee, which is $200 (because everybody likes to stay in a clean house). If you’re staying over 7 nights, you get a 20% discount. If you need some flexibility on the rate, just ask.

The availability is somewhat random, so we’ll ping this newsletter when there are confirmed openings. That might be a week in advance, or six months from now, or tomorrow. If you're interested in claiming some dates, just reply and let us know.
