The People's Purse: Slicing the Pi

Delegate Proposals Now LIVE!
From January through February 2025, the Richmond People’s Budget hosted the first official class of Budget Delegates—three representatives per district— who worked diligently to develop community-driven ideas into feasible projects proposals.
Their work was concluded on February 27th, RVAPB staff and the Participatory Budgeting Steering Commission reviewed and developed a public report for each district. Now its time for you to check out the AWESOME work conducted, and developed by your neighbors.
Note: Not all the projects seen in the proposals will be showcased on the official ballot. The RVAPB staff is awaiting cost estimates from departments and a review to insure these projects are not already existing in future strategic plans.
