Project Trackers live!
The PB Staff has developed project trackers! If you would like to track the status of projects coming soon in your neighborhood visit the rvapb.org website to stay up to date on statuses and ribbon cutting dates!
What to expect
What we’ll communicate: when substantial progress has been made, typically resulting in a project’s status changing
How we’ll communicate: our project tracker will be updated routinely (weekly when possible) as staff gets updates from departments
When we’ll communicate: at least once a month we will be releasing regular updates via social media and our newsletter
Where we’ll communicate: project trackers on the website, social media posts and newsletters
We have a map that identifies the location of a project site (note: for projects with multiple physical locations a single marker is placed in the general vicinity)

We have project cards that provide project details AND status updates

Status | Description |
|---|---|
Project Review | City Staff are defining project parameters, planning scope, or finalizing a timeline. |
Planning and design | City staff are working with surveying and engineering, finalizing design, securing approvals, or purchasing materials. |
Procurement in Progress | The city is in the process of purchasing the materials, services, or contractors needed to carry out this project. Work will begin once all necessary items or agreements are in place. |
Implementation Underway | Physical work or programming has started (construction, planting, etc.) |
Completed | The project is fully implemented and ready for public use or access. |
Over the past few months we’ve had many community members reach out to us inquiring about funding, project statuses and the start date of the next PB cycle. We’ve done our best to address any and all concerns while being honest about what we truly don’t know yet.
