When I started writing the first issue of the Bean-Sized Bulletin, I just wanted a tiny space in cyberspace to share a bit of myself, what I do, and all the things I love.
I enjoy all sorts of things, so you could think of this as a peek into my mind and heart. Thank you for being here and for reading a piece of my world. I appreciate you.
Be well, all you wonderful readers! ✨

misunderstanding (noun) /ˌmɪs.ʌn.dɚˈstæn.dɪŋ/
A misunderstanding is what happens when you don't comprehend something correctly. It's also another name for a disagreement, like the misunderstanding you and your sibling had about whose turn it was to do the dishes.
The result of not clearly understanding someone or something is a misunderstanding. A misunderstanding can lead to serious consequences if it is not cleared up quickly.

Trigger warning: death, loss, grief. Remember that your wellbeing is the most important thing.
Tig Notaro is one of my favorite comedians of all time. Her delivery is slow, dry, perfectly timed and completely self-aware. In this story, Tig opens up about what it was like to build a new relationship with her stepfather after her mother's sudden death.
Listen, reflect, and answer: Is there a relationship you wish to grow or deepen?

Pioneering a concept called {THE AND}, the studio sets two people with an intense connection face to face, pushing them to ask the sorts of poignant questions that draw important, emotional responses. The sorts of questions that have typically gone unsaid." - ELLE

I started following Andrew Solomon's work a few years ago. He's a great writer and lecturer.
His work has genuinely made a difference and helped me through some dark and confusing times.
