TFW /ti.ef.ˈdʌb.əl.ju/
You’ve probably spotted TFW in a social media post, a comment, or a text, followed by a phrase.
TFW or tfw is an abbreviation on the internet that usually means "that feel when," "that feeling when," or "that face when," and is typically used to convey some kind of emotion or feeling in any given context that’s relatable enough for other people online to know exactly what you mean.
Here, the word "feel" is used as a shortened, slang term for "feeling."
The Last Guardian: An Extraordinary Story by Future Press
"Fumito Ueda’s long-awaited third game tells an unlikely tale of companionship between a small boy and the huge, fantastic beast Trico. Future Press is proud to present a very special companion book that illuminates how the story was created and reveals countless details about the inner workings and inspirations behind The Last Guardian’s mysterious world." • “Monáe’s music isn’t about declaring sides so much as celebrating multiculturalism. Her set spanned a century of black creativity, touching on jazz, cabaret and blues, the Afrofuturism of Sun Ra and OutKast, the funk of James Brown and Janet Jackson.” (Greg Kot)
I came across Janelle Monáe’s music at a time when every day was a constant struggle to keep it together mentally and emotionally. Her music felt like a serotonin boost in more ways than one.
• “For plenty of time while learning how to properly write a book, and after a bunch of misfires, I got reintroduced with the concept of outlining: capturing the soul and essence of the tale before the tale.” (Ootline)
When too many writing apps overwhelm you and push you away from what you want to do: write, you need simplicity. If you need a tool that will learn whatever structure you’re using and even find characters from your prose, Ootline is your go-to canvas.
Never Alone (Kisima Ingitchuna)
We paired world class game makers with Alaska Native storytellers and elders to create a game which delves deeply into the traditional lore of the Iñupiat people to present an experience like no other.
Never Alone is our first title in an exciting new genre of “World Games” that draw fully upon the richness of unique cultures to create complex and fascinating game worlds for a global audience.“ (E-Line Media)

The act of coming out is no easy feat. It’s one of the most personal things you can go through, and there isn’t always support for those going through it.
Coming out as bisexual can be a uniquely tricky experience because of negative stereotypes, biphobia, and bi-erasure. This is why Bisexual Awareness Week (September 16 through the 23rd) is important.
From our tiny corner in cyberspace, we celebrate #BiWeek and continue to educate and advocate for LGBTQI+ learners. You matter.
