A couple of weeks ago I said I was looking for freelance Python developers to join an agile discovery project for a ~3 month contract. Brilliantly, thanks to twitter and this newsletter, I hired two wonderful people within a week. Thank you! I’m still hiring though. We are looking for a lead developer and a front end developer to join our small but growing (and properly lovely) product team. Even if you’re not looking for a new job yourself, I’d love it if you pass this link on to anyone who you think should see it. I'd also be curious to hear what you think of these two job specs.
“We don’t believe in lone wolves, rock stars, ninjas or 10x-ers. If you are capable, respectful and thoughtful, and enjoy working in a team that shares knowledge and learns from each other, then we want you to apply and look forward to hearing from you.”
