188: Nice bike

Hello.

I should have mentioned this ages ago, but I changed jobs recently. Here’s what I’m doing now.

It’s my wife’s birthday in a couple of weeks. Good timing, as she’s wanted a nice bike and these lovely reconditioned Royal Mail bikes are going fast.
Buy one and they send one to Malawi.

Speaking of bikes, I got a new one myself recently. Oh my goodness it’s good.
Di2 = electronic gear shifting which I can firmly recommend as being quite excessively lovely.

Hey, since I left the Civil Service I can express political opinions again. Hurrah for Corbyn. I said I’d join the Labour party if Jeremy Corbyn became leader and Tom Watson became deputy. I have.

Speaking of Corbyn, the brilliant James Darling volunteered during his campaign. He learned a lot and is full of interesting thoughts and ideas.

Advertising. It’s not worth it.

Speaking of advertising, there’s been a lot of talk about ad blocking this week. My thoughts on the matter (as if you care what they are) have not changed since 2012.
