Trust Yourself!
There was a time when I needed to talk myself into decisions.
I needed reassurance. Agreement. Someone else to validate what I already knew.
That changed when I learned to trust myself.
Now, when the answer is no, it doesn’t come with explanations. It comes with relief.
Trusting yourself doesn’t make you rigid. It makes you honest.
And honesty saves time, energy, and unnecessary negotiation.
No is a complete sentence when the decision is already settled.
