A Procrastination Fix, Spring Rituals & Self-Care Wins
Discover how to stop procrastinating, care for yourself now and celebrate your own "holidays". Insights, journaling prompts and spring inspiration from Robin Weser.
Hey friends 👋
And there goes another month... To be honest, I barely get to create content these days with everything going on right now (house construction, scout events, work, work and work).
But, it's officially spring now (at least here in Europe) and I couldn't be more happy–my favorite season is back again!
To celebrate, I just (literally 10 minutes ago) uploaded a brand-new YouTube video on procrastination:
🎥 A 2-Minute Fix for "I'll Do It Later"
It explains why seemingly "easy" tasks get stuck (3 reasons) and how to fix it with a simple 4-step system!
Reflections & Insights
Never Postpone Self-Care
At the beginning of this month, I made a classic mistake: I postponed self-care.
"I'll handle it later", I told myself (which is ironic in itself, given that my latest video is about exactly that problem). The result? Poor sleep, tension in my body and a persistent sense of uneasiness. It once again made me realize that stress doesn't wait for the "right time" and neither should we.
Since then, I've been prioritizing small but powerful rituals: a bit of meditation, some yoga and walks in the sun. And well, The shift is remarkable. My mind feels clearer, my sleep is better and I'm simply more present again.
The lesson is simple but often forgotten: self-care is not a reward, it's a necessity—especially in tough times. Don't wait until you've "earned" it or until life slows down. Take care of yourself now. Your future self will thank you.
Celebrating Your Own Holidays
Last week, we hosted our very first spring equinox party in the garden. A fire, some simple rituals, a few reflective moments. We marked the end of winter and welcomed the new spring. For me, this is the real start of the year—even though New Year's already 3 months ago.
It made me think about how rarely we take the time to create meaningful rituals for ourselves. Not the ones society tells us we should celebrate, but the ones that actually matter to us. The moments that feel significant, even if no one else notices.
There's something powerful about declaring your own "holiday". Giving yourself permission to honor what's important to you, in your own way, on your own terms. It doesn't need to be grand or expensive. It just needs to feel right to you.
Whether it's a mini ritual to start a new season, a small gathering with friends or even a personal reflection at the end of a week—you get to decide what counts. The takeaway? Don't wait for a calendar to tell you what to celebrate. Celebrate the things that matter to you.

Monthly Journaling Prompt
Which relationships do I want to nurture more this year?
This question comes straight from a ritual we prepared for our spring equinox party. It's a simple but powerful way to reflect on the people who matter most to you—and how you want to show up for them in the year ahead.
Take a moment to write it down, think about it and—just like with gratitude—reach out and express it to the people you care about.
Thanks for checking in—see you next month!
Best,
Robin
