Hi good morning good afternoon. Sorry I forgot to write today. I had the day off, and I was so excited to spend the morning with Jane. I guess this is what happens when you take two days off. Slippery slope. You get lazy. Crap. I need one of those Youtube thumbnails that says THIS IS THE END when in fact the only end was I finished a season of Parks and Recreation. Oh shit I’ve already made that joke like a week ago. Crap crap.
Anyway, thank you for all of your concerned emails, both for me and my mom. We are fine. Mom is… not better, but not worse. It is a lot of interrelated issues. They are still working on it. But she seems cogent and in good spirits.
I was going to regale you with takes of my Friday chores, two trips to the recycling center and more, but Jane wants to go to Gymnastics early to play with the toddler toys in the playroom for some reason. So I best get going.
We will return to our regularly scheduled GMHHAY schedule on Monday. Thank you for your patience. Oh and thank you to all those that emailed with potential work opportunities for Emma. I suspect my hopes that she can take a month off and eBay all my shit are going to be dashed and she will continue her illustrious career as a designer.
